Horse Show Info

We compete on the local and rated circuits that include Haras, the Greater Houston Hunter Jumper Association, the Texas Hunter Jumper Association, the United States Hunter Jumper Association, and the United States Equestrian Federation. 

Showing is not required but is highly recommended. There are classes for all levels of riders. You can't put a price on competing, but if you did, here is an estimate of costs:

You will likely spend $600-$800 per show on the local level and $1500-$2500 (and up) per show on the rated level. This includes fees paid directly to the show AND your instructor's costs. There entry fees, stall fees, shavings fees, medic fees, office fees, schooling fees, coaching fees, hauling fees, and veterinary fees. Costs will vary depending on location, type, and horse splits (if any). More information is provided to those who are interested in competing. You can also email us to find out more.
